The course aims to develop the four English language skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Some courses also prepare students for English proficiency tests such as the IELTS exam. Modern teaching methods are used, focusing on a communicative and interactive approach between the teacher and the student to ensure maximum language practice and benefit. Students receive periodic assessments to gauge their level and progress.

Usage, Regulations, and Membership Registration

Students must register for the course by filling out a form with their personal information and taking a placement test. Based on the test result, the student is placed in the appropriate level. Afterward, the student selects a suitable day and time and pays for the course.

Guarantees

The academy is committed to delivering classes on time and notifying the student before canceling or postponing a class. The teacher guarantees high-level teaching based on scientific principles derived from the CELTA of Cambridge University. The teacher also ensures the provision of all educational resources, such as books, websites, and educational applications, to assist the student during learning.

Responsibilities Between Teacher and Student

The student must be serious about learning, attend classes on time, and complete any tasks assigned by the teacher aimed at language development. The student should also practice the language outside of class to speed up improvement and increase confidence and independence.

If the course is online, the student should be in a quiet environment and turn on the camera to enhance communication and speaking skills and allow the teacher to teach more effectively. If a student joins the class without turning on the camera, the teacher has the right to remove the student from the class, and the class will still be counted for the student.

Refund and Repeating Policy

The student has the right to refund the amounts paid three days before the start of the training course, with a deduction of 10% for administrative expenses. After that, they are not entitled to a refund.

• Repeating levels: If the student does not pass the test at the end of the level, they can retake the level for free as long as they have not missed any class during that level. If they miss any class, they do not have the right to retake the level for free.
• For private courses: The student must adhere to the scheduled class times. If the student wishes to change the time or cancel a class, they must notify the academy by phone call or message at least 24 hours before the class. If the notification is less than 24 hours before the class, the class will be considered attended by the student.
